Ether dragis till minde, att vij haffue beffalitt ether att skulle haffue flittig opseende med, att ingen skulle stedis ther omkring att skiude entenn fogell eller diuer, huilckitt j och loffuitt och tilsagtt haffuer. Saa wille wij ether icke forholde, att oss er tiluidendis wordett, att ther skall werre nogenn, som seg wnderstaa att skiude wti the søer ther omkring Kiøbnehaffn. Thij bede wij ether och wille, attj med ald fliid lader tilsee och ther paa haffuer waretegtt, och ther som j nogenn offuerkomme eller begribe kunde, som ther skiuder, attj tha thenom hiid forskicker, och attj j alle made ther med saa bestiller, att ethers forsømmelse icke findis, saa framtt att wij icke skulle wide thett hoss ether.
