Royal Danish Library

As a national library, the Royal Danish Library will contribute to collect and make our cultural heritage available for future generations.

As a university library, the Royal Danish Library must make sure that the information and documentation we provide for use in teaching and research at Danish universities is of the highest national and international standard. At the Royal Danish Library we must contribute to communicating research findings from University of Copenhagen, Roskilde University and Aarhus University.

As a research institution, the Royal Danish Library must carry out research within our field of activities in accordance with applicable research quality standards.
