This is a collection of cross-sectional, questionnaire-based data from the knowledge, attitudes, and practices (KAP) study of rural Ugandan women in the Busoga region. It was collected in november 2023 by researchers from Aarhus University (AU), Denmark and Rays of Hope Hospice Jinja (RHHJ), Uganda.
